ONLINE RETURN POLICY

How long do I have to make a return?

If for any reasons you are not happy with the purchase , you might return the item within 15 days of the order shipment date for a refund to the original form of payment, less the shipping charge. Please return items in original condition (unworn) with all tags attached. Haute Skin reserves the right to decline your return or access a 15% re-stocking fee if these items have not been followed.

Do I have to pay the return shipping?

You might create a prepaid return shipping label by clicking HERE. Use of this return label will result a 10$ deduction from your refund ; we accept one return label per return order. Because we can not be responsible for packages mailed to us , if you decide not to create a label using our service , we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service and obtain receipt for all the shipments.

How do I get a refund if I paid with a gift card ?

Purchases made with a gift code will be refunded to an online store credit.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Please allow up to 2 weeks from your return delivery date for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed .

Am I able to exchange items?

Hauteskinboutique.com does not currently accept exchanges.

Can I return  "Final Sale" items ?

Any merchandise marked or specified as "Final Sale", items discounted using promotion codes with a final sale disclaimer , and gift certificates/cardsare not returnable .

Store Credit

If a purchase is made either entirely or partially with store credit and returned, the refund will be issued in store credit. If the order was made with partial store credit and another payment option, store credit will be issued first and any remaining balance will be refunded back to original form of payment.

International Refund Policy

Refunds will be accepted on full price merchandise that is shipped back within 15 days of its delivery date. In the case of a return, you will be refunded in US dollars and your credit card company will exchange its currency.

Haute Skin is not responsible for payment of customs , taxes and duties. For specific information regarding custom policies and fees please contact your local customs office. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
